How do I cancel a booking?+
Open your booking under My trips, tap "Cancel," and confirm. Refund timing depends on the property's cancellation policy — most are free up to 24-48 hours before check-in.
When am I charged?+
For "Reserve now, pay later" rates, your card is charged at check-in. Prepay rates charge immediately and are usually 8-15% cheaper.
What if I miss my flight?+
Call our 24/7 line within 4 hours of your scheduled departure. We rebook on the next available connection at no fee for most fare classes.
Are flight prices guaranteed?+
Fares are guaranteed only after you complete checkout. Cabin prices in search are real-time and can shift while you browse.
